DC Neighborhood Connect is an on-demand shared-ride shuttle service that operates in parts of wards 1, 4, 5, 6 and 8.
- Northern Zone 1 is bordered by Michigan Ave NE (on the south), Eastern Ave NE (E), and Georgia Ave NW (W)
- Southern Zone 2 is bordered by Michigan Ave NE (N) Florida Ave NE and Bladensburg Ave (S), Eastern Ave NE (E), Georgia Ave (W). This zone includes access to the Fort Lincoln neighborhood and shopping center and the NOMA Metro Station.
- Ward 8 East of the River service zone is bordered by Pennsylvania Ave SE (N), Southern Ave SE (E), and Anacostia Fwy (W).
